I had to make some deductions I couldn't use the latest version of the mod because the creator already stated that his outdated versions were broken in the new updates of the PC version, so logically it would only work in this new version of the game, not in the outdated ones. So the last challenge was to find a compatible version of the mod I wanted to install. In the end, I managed to get all the files inside Content.psarc with 's PSARC Extractor, and the game worked perfectly in my conditions, putting all the files in the Content folder located inside Salt and Sanctuary's directory installed via Maidump Tool. psarc file and used the method with the folder in the game directory.
Since I was taking so long to use it, I just abandoned the idea to compress the modded files in a new. But before that, I tried to use Vita SDK to both extracting and compressing, although I've spent two or three entire days to study the syntax and requirements for using psp2psarc.exe with cmd. I had to use a PSARC Extractor available at to do the work corretly. But I discovered in the process that both TotalCommander's PSARC plugin and Vitashell's own PSARC extraction option don't work very well, all the files at Content/sfx/music, sfx/sfx and Content/sfx/vox were completely missing. So, I installed the game, the patch, put all the files from Content.psarc in Content folder and edited the param using the links TheAceofkingz provided for me. But if it's yours, then have fun and go get it. But keep in mind that it's for 3.65 and uses the latest update, both for the game and for the mod.
Secondly, user u/GassyKazzy posted some days ago at r/VitaPiracy the exact same mod I was attempting to install since the creation of this post. That means I was working to install this mod during 9 days, since March 31. So I only got time to work on this in the next week. Although in the first week right after Silica telling me to use Vita SDK to repack the Content.psarc file, I got myself extremely busy with some college affairs. And in second moment, turned out to be just a specific problem with a specific resolution.įirst of all, thank you u/TheAceofkingz and u/idumpvitastuff for your help! Thanks to you both, I could managed to finally install my mod. It's been two weeks since I've created this post for this little doubt which, in first moment, turned out to be more complex than I thought.
